أسو-45 هو نظام جوي تكتيكي بدون طيار (TUAS)، مع محركات مزدوجة زائدة عن الحاجة، مصمم لتوفير قدرات ISR المستمرة ليلاً ونهارًا في أكثر البيئات تحديًا في العالم.

النظام عبارة عن منصة متعددة المهام يمكن تجهيزها بحمولات متطورة، مثل: الجيل الأخير من مستشعرات EO/IR، والرادارات ذات الفتحة الاصطناعية، وأجهزة التقاط IMSI، ومكررات الراديو على سبيل المثال لا الحصر. مصمم للعمل في أماكن ذات بنية تحتية قليلة أو معدومة.
